All gates are made to order and dispatched within 3–5 working days. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your gate is ready to leave the workshop.
Our gates are delivered by professional couriers via kerbside delivery. Please ensure that someone over 18 is available at the address to receive the delivery and check the gate before signing.
You're welcome to collect your gate free of charge from our yard in Wednesbury, West Midlands WS10. Please call us on 0121 500 0000 to arrange a collection slot.
Because every gate is made to order, returns are accepted only where the product is faulty or damaged in transit. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or full refund. Standard accessories (hinges, latches, bolts) can be returned unused within 14 days.
